While we deliver the engagement numbers (followers, likes, views, etc.) specified in your order, Hypeoid does not and cannot guarantee specific real-world outcomes. Results such as:

Increased organic reach or algorithmic promotion
Monetisation eligibility (YouTube Partner Program, TikTok Creator Fund, etc.)
Brand deals or influencer partnerships
Revenue growth or increased sales
Viral content performance

...depend on many factors outside our control, including your content quality, platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and market conditions. We deliver a service — outcomes depend on how you use it.

2. Social Media Platform Compliance

Social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Snapchat, and others each have their own Terms of Service. Some platforms discourage or restrict the purchase of followers, likes, or engagement.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of service of any platform you use. Hypeoid will not be liable for any consequences affecting your account — including suspensions, restrictions, demonetisation, or removal — resulting from your use of our services.

We use legitimate, high-retention methods and do not use bots or automation that violates platform APIs. However, we cannot guarantee platform behaviour as their policies and detection methods change over time.

3. Drop and Retention Disclaimer

Social media platforms periodically audit accounts and remove inactive or low-quality profiles. This can cause a reduction in follower or engagement counts even after delivery. This is a normal occurrence across the industry and is outside Hypeoid's control. Our drop-protection guarantee (see Refund Policy) offers free refills within 30 days, but we cannot guarantee indefinite retention.
