1. Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our services. If something goes wrong on our end, we will fix it or give you your money back. Simple as that.

2. When You Qualify for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

  • We have not started delivery within 72 hours of your payment and have not communicated a delay.
  • We are completely unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
  • A technical error caused you to be charged but no order was placed.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

3. When You Qualify for a Partial Refund

If your order is partially delivered and we cannot complete the remainder (for example, if you changed your username mid-delivery or your account was made private), we will issue a proportional refund for the undelivered portion.

4. Drop Protection (Free Refill)

If the number of followers, likes, or views you received drops significantly within 30 days of your order being marked as complete, we will refill them free of charge. This is our drop-protection guarantee.

To claim a refill, contact us within 30 days of your delivery completion date with your order number and your current metrics.

5. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Your order has been fully delivered as specified.
  • Your account was private, restricted, or suspended at the time of delivery — preventing us from delivering.
  • You changed your username or social media URL after placing the order without notifying us.
  • Numbers declined after 30 days due to social media platform behaviour beyond our control (algorithm changes, platform purges, your own account activity).
  • You changed your mind after delivery has started.
  • You violated our Terms of Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at hypeoiddigital@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order Number]
  2. Include your order number, the email used to place the order, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your order being cancelled and access to our services being revoked.
