Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Hypeoid. By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

Hypeoid is a social media growth service that delivers followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics to social media accounts. We are a UK-based business operating at hypeoid.com.

2. Services We Provide

We provide social media engagement services across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Snapchat, Threads, and Spotify. We also offer free tools (video downloaders, thumbnail downloaders, etc.) available on our Tools page.

All engagement we deliver comes from real or high-retention accounts. We do not use bots or fake profiles. However, social media platforms occasionally conduct audits or remove accounts, which can affect delivered numbers — this is outside our control.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to place an order.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including the correct social media username or URL.
Your account must be set to public at the time of delivery. We cannot deliver to private accounts.
You agree not to change your username or make your account private during active delivery.
You are solely responsible for how you use our services and for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of service of the relevant social media platforms.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are final once payment is confirmed. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. By completing payment, you authorise the charge for the amount shown at checkout.

We do not store your card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal), who are PCI-DSS compliant.

5. Delivery

Most orders begin delivery within 1–6 hours of payment confirmation. Larger orders may take up to 72 hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including platform outages or algorithm changes.

6. Refund Policy

We stand by our service quality. Our full refund policy is available on our Refund Policy page. In summary:

If we cannot fulfil your order, you are entitled to a full refund.
If an order is partially delivered, a proportional refund applies.
Once an order is fully delivered, refunds are not available — delivery constitutes completion of service.
We offer a drop-protection guarantee: if numbers drop significantly within 30 days of delivery, we will refill at no extra cost.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Results

We deliver the numbers stated in your order. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased revenue, brand partnerships, monetisation eligibility, or viral content performance. Social media algorithm changes, platform audits, and account behaviour all affect real-world results beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services or tools to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
Use our free tools to download content you do not have permission to download.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our free tools without written permission.

9. Free Tools

Our free tools (video downloaders, thumbnail tools, etc.) are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you download does not infringe third-party copyrights. We are not responsible for how you use downloaded content. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hypeoid website — including text, design, logos, and code — is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypeoid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or social media account access.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Hypeoid harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services or tools.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
